Job Description
- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
- Promote renewable energy solutions to potential customers.
- Conduct site assessments when required.
- Manage the entire sales cycle with both existing and potential customers.
- Monitor sales progress and work closely with a team of telesales executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Stay updated on renewable products, technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, particularly in solar solutions.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and analytical mindset.
- Self-starter who is highly motivated, aggressive, and results-driven.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
