We are seeking passionate Retail Supervisors OR Sales Assistants to promote JYNNS health products, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales at our outlets in KL, Selangor, Penang, and Johor. Join us for a rewarding career with attractive benefits and career growth opportunities!
Your Role:
- Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable JYNNS products to customers
- Attend to customer inquiries in a helpful and professional manner
- Stay updated with current sales promotions, payment/exchange policies, and in-store security practices
- Support company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and health expos
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by your supervisor
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum qualification: SPM or higher
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided
- Fresh graduates and senior individuals are encouraged to apply
- Passionate about customer service, the retail industry, and promoting health and wellness
- Candidates with retail experience may be considered for a supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Additional language skills are a plus, especially the ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese, to better serve our diverse customer base
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs
