Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail sales crew
- Ensure excellent customer experience at the outlet
- Oversee day-to-day operations including inventory, merchandising, and store maintenance
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide coaching and hands-on training to team members
- Handle basic administrative duties including shift scheduling and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Passion for smart home technology and customer service
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
