Key Responsibilities
1.Retail Marketing Execution & Oversight
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across national, cluster or outlet levels — including grand openings, local activations and rejuvenation efforts for underperforming outlets.
- Conduct outlet visits to support, observe and ensure high-quality campaign execution aligned with brand and operational standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure outlet staff are well-briefed and actively supporting campaign rollouts with ongoing monitoring.
2. Outlet Performance Monitoring & Local Strategy
- Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities to drive traffic, engagement and revenue.
- Develop targeted data-informed strategies and activations tailored to local needs.
- Proactively refine or adjust campaign plans when performance falls short of targets.
- Stay updated on local market dynamics and competitor activity.
3.Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with key stakeholders, the Retail Marketing Manager, the broader marketing team and cross-functional teams to plan, adapt and execute campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies to produce campaign materials and content.
- Provide timely on-ground insights to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
4.Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report campaign effectiveness across outlets on a consistent basis.
- Support post-campaign reviews with performance insights and actionable recommendations.
- Oversee internal coordination to ensure timely delivery of campaign data and reports.
5.Retail Calendar & Local Opportunities
- Maintain visibility over outlet-level calendars, campaign timelines and key promotional moments.
- Identify and support relevant local marketing opportunities — including community events and partnerships — to enhance brand visibility and customer connection.
Experience Required
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a retail outlet-focused or field marketing role.
- Proven track record in campaign execution, performance monitoring and local activations.
- Experience in multi-location retail or service-based environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing including social media, CRM and content is an advantage.
- Willing to travel occasionally and spend time on-site at retail outlets as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and outlet-level marketing.
- Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and proactive in using performance data to inform decisions.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to travel occasionally and work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as needed.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
