Job Description:
**Multiple working locations : Midvalley, The Gardens, Sunway Pyramid, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, IOI City Mall
- Achieve the personal target given as well as the Retail Key Performance Index (KPI) in the outlet.
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs.
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the smartphone & home appliances products to the customers.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc.
- Understand on Social Media Posting such as Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
