Company Background:
We are representing a well known jewellery shop in Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for Sales Associate to join the team in 1 Utama.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service.
- Perform Ear Piercing for Customers.
- Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking.
- Attend to sales enquiries on Company products and services.
- Handles and respond to customer enquiries & feedback.
- Promote and share the company stories and philosophy.
- Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping.
- Review weekly & monthly results and discuss next strategy and idea with Management.
- Other duties assigned by Store Managers/ Store Leaders.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification.
- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skills required: Customer Service.
- Min. 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
- Willing to learn ear piercing, have good initiative and can work independently.
- Able to work on retail hours, weekends and public holiday.
