Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Regular monitor sales and store performance, identify opportunities for improvement and constantly suggest strategies to achieve target, maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure that all stores comply with relevant regulations and quality standards, company policies, employee handbook, retail SOPs and maintain a compliant retail environment.
- Manage new regulation application & execution monitory to all outlet time to time follow as company policy change. Cultivate talents, build up team leadership, high efficiency and lead retail teams to achieve set goals.
- Monitor and ensure sufficient manpower and standard scheduling for all outlets as well as train and develop store staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to store managers and staff in multiple retail locations. Require frequent travel between states to oversee the operation matters including utilities, maintenance, renovation, repair works, leasing etc.
- Oversee inventory control in order to retain optimal stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and meet sales targets.
- Produce reports and provide management with regular updates on sales achievement and targets, store performance and top brands, as well as top-selling and slow-moving items.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to design visually appealing in-store displays and layouts that represent the brand's image and attract customers.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing team to implement marketing and promotional tactics to boost foot traffic, sales, and brand visibility.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 year of proven experience in retail operation and management within fashion retail industry
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- A strong interest in fashion and an awareness of fashion trends.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to generate data-driven decisions
- Working ability in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
