NEW OUTLET HIRING NEEDED!
(FULL TIME)
- A Retail Manager provides management and day-to-day oversight of a retail store. Their duties may include leading a team of staff, opening and closing the store, and keeping track of financials and merchandise.
- To manage and supervise the operation of outlet on daily basis including ;manage and determine outlet’s cash flow, expenses and sales record.
- Ensures pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to company’s standard.
- To maximize sales & revenue by providing good services
- Manage sales target by monitoring and execution of marketing program ; by set up promotion promptly as well in ensuring attractive display
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services; mastering product knowledge; actively involved in handling customers’ enquiries, complaints and issues
- Able to provide solution to customer
- Oversee and ensure sufficient manpower for outlet and assists in providing on-the job training for new and existing staff when required
- Train, develop our team member to be good in selling products and providing solutions to all customers
- Constructing a schedule for employees and manage their time off, sick leave, and time tracking
- Keep up to date with product information
- Responsible in replenish stock to ensure sufficient levels of stocks in outlet
- Making sure outlet’s cleanliness and hygiene always in top notch
QUALIFICATION:
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Possess Diploma in any discipline
- Knowledge or experience in working in retail is desirable
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skill and able to work in team
- Ex-cabin crew/ Ex are encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
