Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-the-house staff.
- Maintain excellent customer service and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate inventory and stock with the kitchen and purchasing team.
- Assist in scheduling, team performance evaluations, and on-the-job training.
- Drive sales, support promotions, and monitor costs, wastage, and variance.
- Work closely with management to meet sales and operational goals.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and professionalism within the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the food & beverage industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisor or team leader role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management tools.
- Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Possess own transportation.
