- Manage in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Restaurant Manager
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered consistently and to the highest quality
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to create a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
