Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the language center to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor student enrollment, scheduling, and class allocations.
- Ensure the center maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Implement and maintain center policies and procedures.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of administrative and teaching staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching as needed.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Customer Service & Student Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional experience for all students and parents.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor student satisfaction and retention metrics, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Sales & Marketing:
- Drive student enrollment and meet or exceed center growth targets.
- Coordinate local marketing and promotional activities to attract new students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach campaigns and events.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
- Manage the center’s budget and report on financial performance.
- Handle billing, collections, and petty cash management.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, registration, and staff rosters.
Academic Support & Quality Assurance:
- Support the academic team in maintaining high teaching standards.
- Monitor class quality and student progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with curriculum and teaching guidelines
