We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. As an Administrative Executive, you will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- STPM / Diploma holder in Business Administration/ Management with minimum year of experience in related field. Diploma graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas and functions.
- Good organizational, independent, detail-oriented/attention details on writting, fast learner, honest & high level of integrity.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Normal working hours, 5.5 days/week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
