Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Maintain organized records of project files, contracts, and schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
- Assist with procurement requests, invoice processing, and vendor communication
- Update and manage project databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Provide ad hoc support to the project and administrative teams as needed
