We are looking for a dedicated and organised Project Executive to join our team and support the planning and execution of SEED (Socio-Economic Enhancement Development) activities under our ongoing project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement SEED-related programmes and initiatives
- Liaise with internal departments, the client, and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
- Provide administrative and logistical support for SEED events and activities
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be available to start immediately
Preferred:
- Experience in programme management, event coordination, or training activities
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
- Candidates based in Kuching, Sarawak are strongly encouraged to apply
