This is a strategic reporting role within the planning function to drive performance and KPI reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver performance driven reports.
- Consolidate and prepare regular reports on service level performance across all business lines.
- Monitor operational efficiencies, levels and results.
- Discuss and recommend correction actions and solutions.
- Enhance reports, dashboards and analysis for management meetings.
- Work with stakeholders on strategic insights.
Key requirements
- Min 3-5 years in performance management reporting.
- Prior experience in technical consulting companies.
- Excellent excel and reporting skills.
- Process oriented, strategic mindset with holistic view.
- Relevant experience in financial services, technology or banking operations.
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM60,000.00 - RM84,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Strong data and performance analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
