Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for driving growth in the pharmaceutical industry? We're seeking a dynamic Regional Partnership/Alliance Lead to champion a key client relationship, transforming business challenges into strategic successes across multiple markets.
What You'll Do:
Own the Relationship: Be the primary point of contact, fostering a robust partnership between DKSH and our client, coordinating across countries and functions.
Drive Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our cardiovascular portfolio, maximizing revenue, patient access, and successful new product launches.
Lead & Optimize: Monitor performance, drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to optimize forecasting, and lead impactful business reviews with senior leadership.
Influence & Collaborate: Shape discussions, build consensus, and proactively share best practices in a complex matrix environment.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a robust understanding of commercial operations and brand/strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of management in multicultural settings.
A proactive, resilient, and agile leader who thrives on collaboration, manages ambiguity, and drives results with a growth mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Science.
