Regional Overseas HR Manager
Location: Level 23A-2&4, Menara AIA Sentral, 30, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur Kuala Lumpur W.P. Kuala Lumpur 50250 Malaysia
Requirements:
- Personal: Around 30–35 years old, Chinese male preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR Management, Business Admin, Psychology, or related majors
- Work Experience: 5–8 years in HR, with at least 3 years in overseas HR management or core member role in a multinational company; prior experience in a Chinese multinational enterprise preferred
- Language: Proficient in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Professional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of all HR modules; familiar with local labor laws, social security policies, HR management practices in major countries; strong compliance capabilities
- Skills: Strong communication and coordination, cross-cultural team management, problem-solving, and project execution; proficient in Office software and HR systems
- Personal Qualities: Responsible, professional, able to work under pressure, adaptable for overseas travel or long-term assignments; strong ethics and confidentiality; alignment with company’s culture
- Others: China study background or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-spectrum HR management in overseas countries (recruitment, C&B, performance management, training & development, employee relations)
- Design and manage overseas C&B systems; conduct salary research and manage distribution
- Establish and optimize overseas HR systems balancing HQ standards with local practices
- Develop and implement localized HR plans to support business growth and succession planning
- Co-lead recruitment for overseas key positions; expand recruitment channels and pipelines
- Establish performance management systems; guide tracking, evaluation, and feedback
- Manage overseas employee relations including contracts, communication, and labor disputes
- Plan and implement training programs abroad; align with business direction and employee needs
- Report HR status (workforce, C&B, performance data) to HQ regularly
- Monitor changes in overseas HR-related laws/regulations and update strategies accordingl
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
