About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Recruitment Executive to take ownership of our end-to-end hiring process. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying top talent, shaping the candidate experience, and helping build a strong, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Write and publish compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Source and engage candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
• Track applicant progress keep records up to date
• Support offer management, negotiation, and onboarding activities
• Help promote the employer brand through hiring campaigns and candidate experience improvements
• Provide regular hiring updates and reports to HR leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Understanding of hiring compliance and employment laws

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting in [industry – e.g., IT, finance, healthcare, etc.]
• Familiarity with employer branding or campus recruitment
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
