Job Description:
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews with candidates across hiring campaigns.
- Screen and assess candidates efficiently to manage large pools of applicants.
- Shortlist profiles and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely and smooth scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining clear and organized communication.
Eligible Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/similar role.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
- Good Time Management
- Able to interact with all levels
- Able to work independently and in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
