Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, or take messages as necessary.
- Handle inquiries, provide basic information about the company, and ensure visitors are attended to promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with security if needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing meeting rooms, and organizing appointments.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Handle basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and other documentation as requested.
- Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties.
- Support HR or office management in organizing events, onboarding new staff, or updating records.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
