Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and enforce workplace safety and health policies in compliance with DOSH and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions for workers.
- Investigate workplace incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure proper documentation of safety reports, permits, and compliance records.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and management on safety matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Possess valid Green Book (DOSH-registered Safety & Health Officer) preferred; Yellow Book (SSS) holders may be considered.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a safety-related role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian safety & health regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with attention to detail.
