Working hour: 9am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) / 9am - 1pm (Alternate Saturday)
Job Description:
- Support HR and Admin team in clerical work such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls and handling incoming/outgoing documents or courier.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating lorry driver mileage records and other logistics-related documentation.
- Support HR activities such as employee records maintenance and basic HR documentation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin team.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
