JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the front desk and reception area
- Attending to incoming and outgoing calls
- Attend to walk in clients at the reception areas
- Arranging, sorting, distribution and recording of outgoing, incoming mail and couriers
- Arranging for couriers pickups
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks – photocopying, binding, filing
- Assists in general admin duties, oversee the cleanliness of office and filing store
- Opening and retrieval of files
- To assists in any other admin duties assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette
- Experience in front desk management, especially secretarial firm will be an added advantage
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Basic office operations
- Willing to learn and adapt
- Able to work independently
