Job responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the Account department.
- Responsible for financial record keeping to record, check and process supplier invoices, expenditures, receipts/payment and other financial transactions.
- Monthly stock taking & inventory checking.
- Relevant data entry to support finance document.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications : Minimum SPM and above
- At least 1 year working experience in admin or account position.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
- Familiarity with SQL accounting systems (will be an added advantage)
- Having Basic accounting knowledge & knowledge on Microsoft office.
- Salary will be depend on experience.
