Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Gather and report feedback to improve service offerings.
Suggest new marketing strategies based on market insights.
5. Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to align goals.
Communicate customer needs internally to support service delivery.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools or internal systems.
