Operation Hours: 7am to 10pm (Monday to Sunday)
Schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off (based on shifts)

Job Responsibility:
Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products, features, or services etc appeal to persuade potential customers that present the product benefits.
Recommends the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department.
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess min SPM or relevant certificate in any field with min working experience in service industry
Language: English & Bahasa
Computer Literate.
Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent at communication skills.
Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution.
