Responsibilities:
- Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities for HVAC/M&E projects.
- Attend tender meetings and prepare tender submissions with accurate pricing and supporting documents.
- Draft and prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Collaborate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure technical and cost alignment.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to discuss scope, design, and budget requirements.
- Assist in contract administration, variation orders, and progress claims.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reports.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documents.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC/M&E drafting (AutoCAD, Revit preferred).
- Strong understanding of project costing, tendering, and contract administration.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fresh graduates with drafting knowledge and interest in QS are welcome to apply.
