- Performing basic office task such as scanning, printing, filing, data entry, answering phone, replying emails, processing mails etc
- Assists superior on daily job routine.
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Track and reconcile bank statements
- Keep organized records
- Record accounts payable
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation
- Participate in quarterly and annual internal audits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
