Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma holder, Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiarity with overall development and construction progress would be added advantage
- Possess good organization & time management skills
- Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude toward team work
Responsibilities:
- Study the scope of work of the tender; Estimate Budget, Prepare time schedule to pricing tender, Quotation list, List out raw material
- Request quotation, make a comparison, built up rate and pricing tender
- Responsible for claims and cost management in which able to prepare progress claims, final account, valuation of contracts works and familiar with contractual claims.
- To prepare valuation of subcontractors’ progress claim, re measurement and variation of works
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
