Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, BQ and tender documents.
- Review and analyze tender submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications
- Conduct detailed and accurate measurements, ensuring precise quantity take-offs and site valuations.
- Assist in estimating project costs, material rates, and labor breakdowns.
- Support the team in liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and track their status
Requirements:
- Currently studying for Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Able to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Have communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prefer candidates who are available on short notice or can start immediately.
