Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection for battery.
- Check soldering quality, component placement, polarity, and alignment based on IPC standards.
- Operate inspection equipment (AOI, X-Ray, ICT, functional tester) and report abnormalities.
- Record inspection results and generate quality reports.
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigation for quality issues.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and process stability.
- Ensure QA documents and records are properly maintained and up to date.
- Comply with ESD control, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Battery environment
- Familiar with IPC-A-610 standards.
- Able to use inspection tools and machines (microscope, AOI, etc).
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred candidates who can join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
