Job description :
1) Responsible for training to QA personnel.
2) Responsible for reviewing all the daily inspection reports.
3) Responsible for reviewing Monthly Quality Performance Reports with respective departments.
4) To analyze and highlight the quality problems and discuss with the respective Head of Department for corrective action.
5) To evaluate effectiveness of corrective action taken by the respective departmental personnel.
6) To assist sales personnel to handle the customers' complaint on product quality.
7) To ensure raw material and final products is tested as per requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
