Job Description
- To assist on Manager/Executive while liaise with Planning department to know daily production plan and daily packaging usage, monitoring daily packing progress.
- Checking daily lot record, ERP, SFU, Grade B & Reject record.
- Assist Packing Executive/Manager updated monthly department working schedule.
- Conduct monthly stock take and summary report.
- Maintain ISO document.
- Compile and filling all DHR record.
- Verify warehouse transfer record with Store Department.
- Guide subordinate doing document, daily record.
- Monitoring usage record for packing required accessories, issue purchase requested and follow up goods receiving.
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned.
- To conduct monthly stock take.
- In the absence of the Packing Executive and Packing Manager, the Packing Assistant Executive will manage the packing schedule and ensure the execution of procedures, company policies, work instructions, and approved PQ. The Packing Assistant Executive will also be responsible for monitoring production output records.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or BSc in Business and Administration, or others qualification in similar field.
- For those without above qualification but with similar two years working experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 is preferred.
- Experience in mass & batch production is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
