ATS Air Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Purchasing cum Admin Assistant based in Subang Jaya. The ideal candidate will manage customer sales inquiries and tenders, raise sales quotations, and follow up on sales order status and delivery arrangements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Products research and sourcing new suppliers/vendors
- Price comparison and negotiation with suppliers
- Prepare the product and parts price list and calculation for sales department to quote price to customer
- Inventory planning and monitoring to make sure we have enough stock to provide customer
- Processing Purchase order
- Monitor and follow up on goods import shipment schedule
- Liaise with forwarding agents for importing & exporting and preparation of required shipping documentation. And also monitor and follow up on goods import shipment schedule, to ensure the item arrive on time to make the deadline
- Updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
