Purchasing Duties:
- Purchasing of machinery, machinery spare parts, hardware, and any other related equipment’s and tools related to our business activity.
- Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with international & local supplier/vendor for best pricing and maintaining the highest level of quality & service.
- Follow up on all the international & local purchases & sales shipment and delivery.
- Responsible for preparing of purchase orders, quotations, invoice, documentation, recording, filling and all aspects of the purchasing function.
- Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of the purchased products and proper store keeping.
- Liaise with customers to ensure sales are correctly quoted and delivered in a timely manner.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Office Administration Duties:
- Perform office duties and operational support.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documents.
- Provide support for organizing of company events, meetings, including sourcing venue options, managing logistics, coordinating team building activities, staff birthday, etc.
- Assist with office asset management, including maintaining the office asset list, tagging of new assets, checking, and replacing old tags, identifying damaged assets for repair and old assets for disposal.
- Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and fully functional, including scheduling servicing of fire extinguishers, printers, water dispenser, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
- Liaise with Government Offices and authorities as necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior / Manager.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Management, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Malaysian only with at least 1 year experience in Purchasing.
- Self-Discipline and good communication skills.
- Able to work under-tight deadline, responsibility, and minimum supervision.
- Preferably candidates able to read, write and speak in Mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
