1. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
2. Key Responsibilities:
a. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Analysing industry trends and competitive landscapes.
b. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identifying and qualifying leads through various channels (e.g., online research, networking events, cold calling).
- Maintaining a database of leads and prospects.
c. Proposal Preparation and Presentation:
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
d. Client Relationship Management:
- Supporting in managing relationships with existing clients and nurturing client accounts.
- Handling client inquiries and providing timely responses.
e. Sales Support:
- Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Coordinating sales meetings and follow-ups.
f. Administrative Support:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements for business development executives.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
g. Project Coordination:
- Assisting in the coordination and implementation of business development projects and initiatives.
3. Qualifications:
a. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, or a related field preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
b. Relationship Building:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Understanding of sales processes and strategies.
f. Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

h. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
