Responsibilities:
1. Process and key in orders into the systems.
2. Ensure right product and quantity delivered to customer in good condition and quantities within the time frame.
3. Provide excellent customer service to customer and stakeholder.
4. Update customer's database in the system.
5. Communicate and perform orders to customer (through email and phone call).
