Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team
- Prepare related agreement, letter and business cases related to the Site Acquisition team
- Liaise and follow up with Landlord and external parties on agreement and document requisition" T
- To handle and compile daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone enquiries
- Review retail tenancy agreement and related documents
- Work closely and resolve issues with other department members or management
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business Studies /Administration/Management
- Possess a tertiary qualification of 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Possess good computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Tenancy Management System
- Able to work independently in a fast paced working environment
