Job Description
· Monthly statistics and summary of working conditions, overtime, and reimbursement.
· Handle purchase order and invoice and follow up requisitions regularly with related departments.
· Daily office administrative task includes data entry, documentation, coordinating and follow up on pending matters.
· Office maintenance and procurement of office supplies.
· Handle the meeting minutes and records as well as follow up and print-related important documents.
· Accomplish other tasks assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirements
· Possess least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Possess Own Transport.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Exec and PowerPoint.
· Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese & English.
· Good communication skills.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday is alternate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
