- Make phone calls, send messages, and draft emails to follow up with defaulters on overdue management fees and rental payments (car and motorbike parking lots, and common area corridors)
- Maintain and update payment tracking records and ensure timely documentation of all collection efforts.
- Assist in debt recovery by generating Form 20 from the system and tracking the associated timeline, followed by the submission of Form 1 to the Commissioner of Buildings (COB).
- Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile payments and generate regular reports on collections and arrears.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and residents regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Monitor rental contracts for parking lots and common area corridors, and assist with the renewal or termination of agreements as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the Building Manager or HQ team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements :-
- Diploma/Degree in Property Management/Business Admin or any related field;
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Strata Property Management Office;
- Knowledge of the CSS or Condomaster accounting software;
- Fresh graduate in Real Estate Management are encouraged to apply;
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
