Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible on on-going project performance vs project budget.
- Plan and implement projects with the objective of achieving project performance.
- Schedule project in logical steps and budget time to meet deadlines.
- To arrange inspections and ensure authority approvals are in place.
- To build up relation with clients/ consultants on obtaining approval, construction completion of projects.
- To prepare and implement PQP to ensure all resources are planned for site activities.
- Ensure cost efficiency during project implementation.
- Monitor project progress and prepare Project Progress Report for clients.
- To verify sub-con claims and timely and coordinate with QS on claim submission.
- Taking off upon order material requisition of supplies and materials.
- Ensure project personnel are abiding by the SOP.
- To provide necessary guidance and coaching to subordinates to site personnel.
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Construction related studies.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in construction related industry.
- Proficient in: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Knowledge and skills: Project management, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Problem Solving, Negotiation and Construction Management.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
