JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a primary liaison between Skechers Malaysia HQ and assigned franchises, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Support growth and profitability of franchise retail stores by coordinating with merchandising teams to determine appropriate product assortments.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to plan and execute mall marketing campaigns for assigned locations. Help with marketing plans that bring in more customers and sales.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on ongoing payment collections from franchisees.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
- Identify and resolve franchise retail operation issues promptly with practical solutions.
- Ensure franchisees comply with statutory, corporate, and brand standards.
- Guide franchisees in improving sales conversion rates and achieving performance metrics.
- Oversee adherence to store merchandising guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Ensure product selections reflect consumer profiles, competition and store formats.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and performance analysis with franchisees.
- Maintain comprehensive records of store visits including photographic documentation and checklists.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or any relevant field.
- Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in retail management, franchise operations or related roles.
- Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with franchisees and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel to visit franchise stores across Malaysia.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of franchise business models is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
