Nature of Contract
The contract involves outsourcing of Project Management and Coordination services, including project coordination and execution in machine qualification, samples management & arrangement, project documentation and ad-hoc project activities.
Job Description:
Machine qualification
- Support and assist the BMI project leader during machine qualification run.
- Assist in planning and executing qualification activities, ensuring all procedures and instructions are followed correctly.
- Coordinate the samples collection, labeling and distribution required for samples testing.
- Observe and record machine performance data during qualification.
- Document and maintain detailed records of all qualification activities including test results, parameters, settings and observations.
- Ensure compliance during machine qualification and documentation.
Project documentation
- All project-related documents are accurately recorded and stored in an organized manner.
- Develop and maintain qualification records including project documentation.
- Ensure qualification documentation is reviewed and approved by project leader before submission.
- Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) requirements for all project records and documentations
Professional Competencies
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Any Field).
- Able to analyse the current process and work on the process improvement.
- Good knowledge in MS office, especially in Excel, Presentation (Able to do the data analysis & present to multi stakeholders).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
