Position: Service Technician
Location: Kota Kemuning ,Shah Alam
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site commissioning of equipment and systems supplied by the company.
- Carry out troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of customer equipment.
- Provide on-site measurement and technical support to assist the sales team during pre-sales and project stages.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of installed systems.
- Support customers with technical training and product operation guidance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Hands-on skills in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel for on-site work nationwide.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
- Possess a valid driving license.
