Production Support Coordinator

Working time : Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)
Saturday working full day (8am to 5pm)
Location: Telok Gong, Klang

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion in line with project timelines
• Visit construction sites when necessary for verification and inspection purposes.
• Work closely with the Factory General Manager to manage daily workflows and prioritize urgent orders.
• Act as the main liaison between the company and the factory for all production-related matters.
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and installation teams to align project expectations.
• Assist in promptly resolving production issues or discrepancies.
• Perform QA/QC checks for completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate work orders and production schedules for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.
• Support quality checks and follow up on any required rectification work.
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and installation teams to align project expectations.
• Work closely with the Factory General Manager to manage daily workflows and prioritize urgent orders.
• Maintain proper records of production activities and report to the Factory General Manager.
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma and above in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in production coordination or administrative roles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing or interior fit-out processes is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
