About the Role

Your Responsibilities
- Support video producing & production coordination
- Prepare and manage call sheets and shoot schedules
- Assist the Director on set to bring creative visions to life
- Coordinate shoot operations, edit timelines, and manage production logistics
- Communicate clearly with clients, crew, and talent
- Source and manage equipment, props, and locations
- Monitor production budgets and provide updates to producers/supervisors
- Support post-production with feedback and quality control
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance production quality
You Should Be
- 21+ years old with at least 1 year of experience in video production or related field
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to manage schedules and client expectations
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Creative, proactive, and a team player
- Open to occasional odd-hour shoots (that’s the fun part!)
- Have a valid driving license (preferred)
- Someone with passion, drive, and a growth mindset

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
