Main Job Responsibilities:
Properties and life support coordinator
- Obtain information about properties in Malaysia to be sold or leased
- Show properties to prospective Japanese tenants/ buyers and explain terms of sales or conditions of rent or lease
- Arranging viewing and liaise with owners for the availabilities
- Obtain the circumstances of their owner and the needs of prospective buyers or tenants.
- Operate agent platform for properties
- Liaising and communicating with Japanese tenants
- Assit clients in internet/ phone installations, water dispensers and others
- Other Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holders in any field
- Must be able to converse in Japanese and English
- Fresh graduates are welcomed as training will be given
- Malaysian citizenship ONLY
- Posses own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
