The Production Supervisor is responsible for executing daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance with internal and external standards. This role includes planning production schedules, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and fostering continuous improvement across the production floor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate realistic production plans based on orders and allocate tasks with a “quality-first” mindset.
- Promote fixed-position management and product identification for safe, orderly production.
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate production resources to meet company goals.
- Analyze production processes and work closely with process engineers to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
- Manage daily use of manufacturing equipment and tools, ensuring timely inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Train and develop equipment operators, build talent pipelines, and enhance overall team management capabilities.
- Implement and maintain 5S visual management across the production floor.
- Control production costs and minimize material wastage.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Science or Engineering disciplines (Power Systems, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing; experience in large-scale industrial BESS (rack/container) production is a strong advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, learning agility, teamwork spirit, and execution ability.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin to support knowledge transfer from China and facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
