JOB DESCRIPTION
- Improve project management practices, procedures, and tracking systems to enhance efficiency and visibility.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor material movement and ensure outputs align with the delivery schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and support ISO certification or recertification efforts.
- Monitor work-in-progress to ensure adherence to established production schedules.
- Plan and supervise production scheduling activities for optimal workflow and resource utilization.
- Adhere to established controls and procedures to maintain product quality standards.
- Evaluate customer feedback from project sites to ensure production compliance and continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in prefabrication, piping or manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Ability to interpret spool drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
