1. Production Planning & Control
- Develop and execute production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, machinery, and manpower to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor production KPIs such as output, cycle time, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and downtime.
2. Operations Management
- Supervise production lines and resolve issues related to process flow, machinery, or labor.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently with minimal disruptions.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S).
3. Quality Assurance
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and ISO requirements.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to reduce defects and rework through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
- Plan training and skill development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support HR with recruitment or disciplinary actions.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a safety-first culture and conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
6. Cost & Resource Management
- Control production costs by managing waste, overtime, and material usage.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
